We Can Help Today!

When a window is damaged, be it broken glass or the window frame, our professional local Airdrie glaziers are only a short distance away to fix the problem. We can also modernise your existing frames with more efficient window styles including double glazing, aluminum replacement windows and Low - E Glass.

For Airdrie shop front windows we would use laminate glass, which conforms to BS 6206. Large and/or thicker than normal panes will usually be a next day service, dependant on glass dimensions. Our Airdrie double-glazed units take approximately two to three days to order, and all our units come with a manufacturers guarantee.

Airdrie Glazing Testimonials

Customer Name: John R. Davis.
I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.

Example Of Our Glass Services

Annealing
Annealing is a process employed when double glazed units are manufacturered. The glass panel is heated in such a way so that the entire pane has a uniform temperature. The temperature is then held steady for long enough to remove all internal stresses introduced by the formation of the glass while it was in it's molten state. The glass is then slowly cooled. This process has several benefits for the glass. If the stresses are not removed, this can cause fractures later on from slight impacts, or sizeable changes to temperature. The optical properties of the glass are also improved.
